I'm having issues formatting my screen to the correct size. After getting my TV repaired for the menu popping up issue, I now have this screen issue. About 1/3 of the screen is black because of the way the screen is positioned. I've tried the automatic format option, as well as others, but I still lose the right side of picture because it only adjusts to what's on the screen. A solution other than, try the format would be greatly appreciated. Me personally, I think the guy who came and repaired my TV may have screwed something up because I have not had this issue until after he "repaired it. Thanks in advance.

You may try to check the eeprom circuits. First check their power input line, is it stable or not? Even the power supply line to eeprom ic have a little change/not stable, then you need to suspect the voltage line have some thing not stable, please check fileter cap and regulation ic first. I have a Philips 30 inch LCD and solved the problem by using the circular arrow button on the TV remote. Pointing it at the TV and clicking "right" (3 o'clock on the button), the picture moved right. Same thing on for "left". Worked for me.

at error code is 12 and it is your 12-volt supply. Measure from the inverter to the power supply for 24 volts pins 1,2 and 3. If you don't have the 24 volts disconnect the inverters from the power supply and see if the volts come up. If the 24 volts come up replace the inverters. If the 24 volts are still not there replace the power supply. The volts have to be steady and not going up and down if they are replace the power supply.
But if the 24 volts are there with the inverters connected 1M03 pin 3 for 3.2 volts. If the 3.2 volts are not there replace the small signal board. The only way to get a manual is to find it on line or call the manufacture.
