SOURCE: iphone 3gs on a parrott

First of all, can not guarantee that your iPhone will work with that Handsfree Bluetooth, regardless of what any of it says. The iPhone is manufactured by Apple to work on its own, it is not made to work with any of these 3rd Party products, contact that manufacture for more information.

First thing I would try is on the iPhone go into your Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings (NO YOU WILL NOT LOSE ANY DATA) Once you tap that, it will inform you that it will NOT erase any of your data, simply just resetting the settings, getting rid of any glitches. Test it out after this, if its still an issue, continue to the next step.

Best thing to do, since this mostly sounds like a software issue. Restore the iPhone using iTunes and a computer (Download iTunes here: www.apple.com/itunes ).
-Plug your iPhone into your computer using your USB Cable that you plug into the charger with.
-If possible, plug into the back of your computer if you're using a desktop.
-Open iTunes on your computer, make sure its fully update, a message will pop up telling you it needs to be updated. -When iTunes is open on your computer, you should see your iPhone listed in the left-hand column beneath Devices -Click on your iPhone, in the main window of iTunes you should see a Restore button half-way down the page, click that and it will ask you if you're sure.
-Agree to the terms, yes this step is going to erase all your data on your iPhone.
-iTunes does automatically create backups of your iPhone, however these can store corrupted files, and are not best used in a situation like this. -For further information on BACKING UP your data by syncing, THEN restoring your iPhone, follow this Article: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht3828

SOURCE: my iphone's touch screen won't work after being dropped in water

You may have to get a screen replacement. You can do this yourself if you want to try it and buy the parts. Or take it into a shop, or apple will replace it but most likely charge you way more than any of those options unless its your first replacement.

My iphone 4 drop in my dishwater with bleach will it dry out and work again

Dropping a switched on cell phone into bleached water will certainly damage the electronics in the cell phone.
You can remove the battery and dry it out, but most likely it is damaged beyond repair.

I just replaced my lcd on my iphone 3G. It was working fine until I dropped it. Now the screen is black. I can hear it charge and get incoming e-mails but I can't see anything. Could it be my lcd again?

Hi,from the problem you are experiencing it's obvious that the problem is from the lcd screen, the shock it sustained when it dropped is responsible for the damage on the lcd screen again.
The solution is to replace the lcd screen but you have to be more careful with the phone, the iphone is a very fragile phone which should be handled with extra care,if the screen is replaced and you mistakenly drop it again,i'm sorry, you will have no choice but to keep replacing the screen, which is not good enough for you economically and also for the efficiency of the pone.

Thanks and take care

I dropped my phone last night and the screen black

Sounds like you either damaged the back light or display or hopefully just knocked the connector loose. Either way the case would need to be opened so you need to get it to a repair shop.

I got my apple iphone 8gb wet in rain.now its screen has turned black and stopped charging. now i am unable to use it

Your phone is water damaged, try putting it in a bowl of rice , which should help to absorb the excess moisture. Other than that maybe send to to an iPhone repair shop.
