Changing the time
For Lifemax watch instructions, go to http://www.rnib.org.uk/shop/Pages/Category.aspx?Category=talking_watches
and select the model of Lifemax watch for which you require instructions.
When that product page opens, scroll down to find 'product instructions'. Click on that to open the instructions in a Word document (you will need to have MS Word or the free OpenOffice suite to read it)

We were able to program our watch completely!!!
If you look on the back of the watch that you bought on the metal plate, it tells you the style. Ours was the Roxy 70's digital watch, and I found specific instructions at (even if this is not your style, the instructions may work):

Enter "www.armitron.com", select "support" and then watch instructions" and a set of diagrams will appear.
Go to the one that looks like yours (use the two brown arrow heads to scroll through the list) and download the instructions.

Go to the Timex web site (timex.com) and at the bottom of the page is a menu, Click on the "manuals/downloads" and the on "product manuals downloads" and enter you model number in the box.
You will then be shown a list of varieties of the model. Choose the one that is for your watch and download.
