Using a USB cable you can easily connect your Motorola ROKER E8 to your PC and do the data transfer to and fro. For that you need a USB cable and a Motorola driver.
Steps to follow : 1) Download the driver and install it on your PC. 2) Using data cable connect your cellular phone to the PC and start doing the data transfer.
Usb cable and the drivers to install the usb cable. Or Pc suite.(software112.com/products/motorola-pc-suite.html)Use this link to download the PC suite.
Before you connect the usb cable,install the drivers first before connecting usb cable.
After installing the drivers,connect the cable to phone before connecting to the PC. You can access the messages from the Pc suite and you can copy out the messages through the Pc suite.

check weather ur memory card is full if full means delete some data and check or else remove the memory card and check it if no use in above means then try to format both phone and memory card

There may be many possibilities, like your software issue or any hardware fault.
First just check your sound settings, if not works, then try to reset the phone, if again nor works then you may take it to the repair Center. They will check for Firmware problem or Hardware thingy.

from your
phone go to the main menu(select the following) - settings -
connections (usb setting- memory card). thats all you need to know for transfering pics music ect. then plug in your usb and it will read every file you are trying to get ahold of
