I can only assume it's because you have no water connected to it. Some washers have a pressure switch that won't allow the machine to turn on without it being connected...try it and see what happens.
Thank you! but I do not have hoses that connect to check. Is there a way to test without hoses?

first get access to the back of it. find the screws that hold the accsess panel on unscrew and look underneath. its on the bottom.

Hello! I have Maytag Neptune MAH9700AWW. I did not turn it on for a long time.
And now, I can't do it. Main-board have 112-115 v. I check a sensor on the door and power filter, its OK. Tell me please, what could be the another reason of non turning on?
