Product works fine for my husband, but when I get on none of the programs will work, it acts like no one is on it. I am under 100 pounds and wonder if that is the issue that the lower weight will not keep the system charged. Will a new battery work? or a power cord that keeps the battery charged?
A new battery will more than likely allow you to use the machine, but the lighter weight is not recharging the battery correctly. I would suggest replacing the battery and possibly adding an external charger. Repair Parts for Stairmaster Equipment Batteries Springs Belts Chains...
