Question about Motorola Mobility E680 Handheld

Database error hello i have had my motorola e680 for about a month and one day itvwas tampered with by my nephew =( now everytime i tap the 'contacts tap' no contacts show up!. even worst, when i tap the msg's logo i get a window saying: ''Waiting for DataBase...'' with a continuous bar filling up, i have left it like this over night yet noting happens! i cannot recieve/send and sms/mms but i can still make phone call and hence, recieve them. i think it has something to do with a 'sync' program which i have no idea what it is about. help on this would be very grateful. yours sincerely pretty fustrated fella =s

i've format my phone and its all empty my inbox, sent items, trash and other personal folders but i cant still send SMS and receive neither.

1) Make a backup by copying everything to a folder in the computer (connect to the computer first!)

2) Master reset from Setup

You try to go at master clear,the password is 000000,then pls wait to turn on itself...hope it works

I think I had a similar problem when my phone was trying to synchronize and I meddled with it. I had to do a full reset of the phone and I think I lost all my information :-( Sorry.
