My keurig won't brew. All the lights are flashing and you can't turn it off or stop it from flashing lights unless you unplug it. I've done that several times and even left it unplugged for 30 minutes, plug it back in and lights start flashing again. I'm at a loss as to what to do.
Holding down the Auto Off and the both cup sizes worked for me as well. I rcrvcd my answer from Bryan above in the comments section
wow worked great thanks!!! i love my keurig and was very upset when i could figure out what was wrong with it
couldnt
Really works! Yay!!
Thank you! That worked.
Thanks...worked as advertised !!
That did not work for the K145 brewer model
Worked for me 1st try! Thanks
Thank you worked for me
Won't work. What works is call Keurig. We purchased slightly over 1 year ago, so no warranty anymore. BUT STILL....they replace it. No questions. Very friendly and generous service. Thank you Keurig.

Just had this happen to me and ended up talking to Customer Service. Apparently, it's a bad thing to unplug them (sm. computer inside) Tho it didn't work for mine, here's their advice. With the handle down, hold down the smallest cup size and the power switch at the same time...release and immediately push the sm. size button 3 times rapidly....if that doesn't work, hold down both cup sizes and the power switch....if that doesn't work, get a new Keurig
Correction to this....it's the auto on/off that you hold down NOT the power button
This worked for me. it was Both cup buttons and the Auto button. This shut it off. I then pressed Power, and the unit began to heat. Normal operation now. We'll see if the problem persists.
Thanks...holding down the auto on/off and the small cup size worked like a charm!
Thanks...holding down the auto on/off and the small cup button worked like a charm!
Thank you! This worked for me, holding both cup sizes down to turn it off. Then worked fine after powered on again.
WooHoo! Thanks 5Vans!! Did EXACTLY what Keurig told you to do and it worked like a charm! Holding auto on/off and small cup at same time and then pressing small cup three times rapidly reset the computer and so far no more lights flashing! Thanks for posting!!
Well it worked for me. We had some issues and had to total take the machine apart and clean it. Well when I turned it back on all lights were flashing. Held down auto on/off and pushed small cup and it reset!!!!! Thank you Thank you Thank you

I did This for the K40 and it worked. I had cleaned the unit and got water where it shouldn’t have been. I let it dry thoroughly and it flashed,,,, great to have it back

Apparently with a power surge, the pump kicks on and dispenses all of the water in the tank by itself. ALL OF THE WATER! Not too bad if you're at home and catch it but when it's in your office and it happens at night...
Holding down the two cup sizes and the Auto Off button did the trick for me. I had to do it several times until the pump filled the reservoir. Then the first cup to brew took a little longer to start, but it eventually brewed like it was supposed to do.
Thanks sooooo much!! I pressed down on auto on/off button and small cup size at once and it worked.. My coffee pot is no longer going crazy with all the lights blinking
I had the same issue and called Keurig. Since I had registered my product, they sent me a new one and I had it in three days. They told me they have had numerous reports about this and there was no solution. All I had to do was send back the kcup holder out of my old pot. I would give them a call - they were extremely helpful.
Pressing all the buttons never work. What i did was i took the case housing off because there was water stuck in the inside reservoir which i could hear when i shook it. Once the housing is off youll see all the water tubes and what not. Find the tub that connect to the bottom of the reservoir and unplug the other end to drain all the water. Put the water tank on it to allow it to refill and turn it on.
I pressed the auto on button, the med, and the large cup all at the same time, then I pressed the small cup button three times. Worked like a charm

Thank you , thank you thank you! Your advice worked like a charm!
Thanks so much! I thought my machine was a goner! Woohoooooo!!!
I held down the auto/on button and the med and large cup. Then I pressed the small cup button three times. To my amazement, the lights stopped flashing and I was able to have my cup of coffee! Thank you!! 3/15/17
Keurig told me to just re-set the clock and all 3 issues were fixed (not prompting more water please and clock flashing). Had a power outage which is what created the problem.
That worked great!
My B44 was inactive for over a year, and Bryan's advice worked!
My keurig K cup coffee maker is not working. It was given to us. The power button and all 3 cup sizes just keep flashing. Only way to turn it off is to unplug it. How do i get it to work? Thank.you
There could be a few common reasons when the Keurig light starts blinkings. In this article, we focused on the most common Keurig light alerts and how to fix them, so you get back to brew your morning drink as soon as possible!
