Does Nikon D7000 MOV workable in FCP 6?

I'm having an audio/video sync problem when converting my Nikon D7000 h.264 video with a freeware and using in FCP 6. The video appears delayed 2 fps behind the audio after converting. Is there anyone recommend me a program which enables D7000 MOV workable in FCP 6.

MOV format with Prores codec is FCP 6preferred video. So a program which has prores codec output is greatly helpful. As far as I know, two apps can export Prores codec video. One is Clipwrap andanother is Video Converter released by Pavtube. Clipwrap can not achieve yourtask because it only supports AVCHD videos. So please test Pavtube VideoConverter to check if it is helpful. It provides free trial version in Pavtubesite.http://www.pavtube.com/video-converter-mac/

Nikon D7000 captures Full HD 1080p at 24fps with support for autofocus while filming, all full 1080p HD videos are recorded in MOV format, which is perfect for viewing but not supported by FCP X. As we all know, the ideal acceptable format for Final Cut Pro X is Apple ProRes 422 Codec(*.mov), so the best solution is to transcode our H.264 mov video clips to ProRes, which will simply make our footages editable and ready for Final Cut.
Here I'd like to recommend you to try Brorsoft Mac Video Converter for FCP X, which is the best H.264/MPEG-4 to ProRes Converter for D7000 Camera users to transcode Nikon D7000 recordings to Apple ProRes 422 for FCP X on Mac.

If the files are not big, you can try http://www.zamzar.com/ and convert them to .Avi for playback over the net. Otherwise, try the Rad Videos Tools (Free of Charge), but this requires a working QuickTime install, and can be found here ...

SOURCE: I have a aiptek by mistake i format the sd card

You may need to try some photo recovery software to rescue the pictures, here are some for your option. You may not recover all the pictures, but will recover most of them.

Photo Recovery (for Windows)
Photo Recovery for Mac

Both programs are able to recover pictures, videos and music files.

Note: Before your files are recovered, do not attempt to save more files to the SD card in case the original lost files are overwritten.
