The fuze could be blown on the amp or the speakers are to much power for the amp at full power so try to turn the amp to half and not to turn the speakers all the way up,.

My amp was working good and i didnt use like for two months and know it doesnt work the green light turns on but the red light too of over current and i cant hear nothing i dont know what is it..

if it turns red its a protection light you most likely got the ohms wired wrong on the speakers and the amp is going into protect mode so you dont fry it or the subs

My visonik v700hc keeps going into protect modeafter listening for a couple minuits then will go green light then back to red after a coupke more any solutions

I suggest checking what ohm load you're presenting to that amp. go to www.the12volt.com and find the subwoofer wiring diagram and choosing the amount of subs you have on it and then the impedence of each one. you're probably sending too low of an ohm load to the amp this would cause it to go into protection quite frequently and eventually stay in protection.

Green light (protection mode) on, NO red light (ready)

double check your wires aren't shorting out or power or remote wires aren't grounding. check if speakers are blown with nine volt battery

Power Protection Light Will Not Switch Back to Green

Disconnect all speakers, then turn the amp on. If there is no internal problem with the amp, it will go green. If it does go green, reconnect your speakers one at a time with the amp off then turn it on. when you connect the speaker that's causing the problem, the amp will go into protection. At this point, it's one of two things, a bad speaker wire (screw thru it or touching another terminal) or a bad speaker(burnt voice coil) to test that wire, disconnect the wire at the speaker and turn on the amp, if it's still green, all's well in the wire department. Meter the speaker with a multimeter on resistance, if it's blown the meter will read 1.... If you don't have a meter, connect the speaker that's having the problem to the other channel and test again, if it goes into protection, you've got your answer. Bad speaker. Hope this helps

Thumping speakers - no power light is on - wired correctly

the amp is going into protect mode due to something wrong in the amp or some thing in the wiring to it ooh yea if you are getting 18v power to the amp that is way to high it should not be higher then 15v if the amp is in protect mode it will not play at all.

Amp Power light will not go on. Protection light is lit- Thump sound in speakers

It probably has shorted output transistors. To eliminate other possible causes, read through the following page.

My Power Protector Light wont turn Green

switch off the amp then take off all the wires off including the speaker wire and then reconnect the wires on like before the problem is that the amp is on protection and if that dont work then get it repaired another thing is make sure ur amp fuses havent blown.

Amp problems

It's fried. Repair costs are more than the amp is worth. Sorry, it's a lost cause.
