Freezer works fine, refrigerator is warm. She tried unplugging for 2 days, then plugged in and let a whole day pass before checking. Fridge is 60 deg.
Damper problem.
This ice box has a damper which is controlled by a thermostat. When the fresh side be warm that damper opens and allows cold air to enter the fresh food section. It must be gone out. it is what i would check.

Turn it off , so it can defrost for about 5-8 hrs . Then turn it back on , and it should re-coup , and start working normal . The compressor is not bad .

Not sure if I understood how everything else appears to work if the fridge is warming instead of cooling. Frost buildup will occur if the fridge is cooling - can't have frost if fridge is warming up.
Your fridge has become a heater - most likely the control unit has packed up.
You can check this diagram to confirm the position etc of the control board. It is item 801. Please confirm if the diagram is consistent with your model.
Good luck. Please call a technician if you are not comfortable with replacing the parts.
the freezer coil is probably freezing up. if so you have a bad defrost thermostat, heater, timer or board or combination of them.
