Olympus FE-130 Video Playback has no volume..............PLZ HELP!!!!

Unfortunately this camera does not have the functionality to record sound during the movie recording mode. The camera was not designed with any input or output audio speakers. This is why you do not hear any sound on the playback.

During Playback you can press + or - buttons to adjust the volume. Maybe this is your problem. To my knowledge, an Olympus FE-170 has no audio recording capability and records the video on 15FPS.

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

On page 20 of your instruction manual are instructions for making sure that the microphone is enabled to have sound on during movie recording

Check your manual Should you be able to hear sound? Has it got playback speaker or phone jack

This need looking at - Check Olympus Tech Help- especially if it is a recent purchase

It sounds like the focus motor in the lens is jammed. This could be caused by a knock or possibly sand. You could try tapping the camera (not too hard...). This might free up the motor the only other solution is to take it to a shop.
