Yes, you can reinstall the software by downloading the free software Nokia Suite from the web.
Once downloaded, open Nokia Suite, then follow the steps:
-Connect your C5 phone to the PC using Micro-USB cable-Once connected, a confirmation prompt will appear on your phone;choose"PC Suite" from your phone-Open Nokia Suite, select "Tools", then click on "Software Updates"-You may reinstall the latest software of your phone
*NOTE: Since the phone has been corrupted with virus, it is recommended not to make a backup and backup-restore on your phone. All data previously saved on the phone should be formatted.

uninstall skype and download and install the latest version 5.5.0.117

Solution :- Connect your phone to nokia PC suite, Then click on update phone software. After several minute software updating will complete. Nokia software update will download & install latest software from nokia.

Your problem will fix 100%.

Try a factory reset , if that does not work see a technician

Use nokia PC suite to backup data. The software can be downloaded from nokia.com
Once PC Suite is downloaded and installed, connect your phone via the cable provided. It will take a few minutes for the PC to recognize the device and install relevant drivers. Once it installs the drivers (follow on screen instructions), you can use the backup option to backup data.
Make sure you choose PC Suite Mode when you connect the cable with your PC.
