We need to get in touch with the fabricator of the Mther Board (MB). Computer name, model number and MB ID, plus a detaled description of what was going on when the failure occured. The location of the MB ID is expected to be in between the white PCI sockets. The lettering is so profound that you cannot miss it. If they have moved it, you will find it around the upper right corner of the mother board, around the RAM memory sockets. Once we have all the info. we need you will see us moving rapidly. We thank you very much for considering our service...

SOURCE: hi My MB is Gigabyte GA-8IPE1000
hey.. if your chipset is getting heated badly. then that is a big problem..may be because you don't have proper cooling solutions in your cabinet, and now if it is not starting that means some of it's components like capacitors are blown off. you might have to buy new MB or if this is in warranty period then try to replace. and put some fans there dude good luck!!
