check the paper tray end stop ie the green tab that keeps the paper in the tray as these can come out or be moved.. when you load paper make sure the green tab is tight against the paper.. also the feed rollers might need replacing.. if you take the tray out and then look inside the opening to the right hand of the opening you will see some grey rollers or it may be one large roller this can be removed and cleaned.. the small type have a litle white clip holding in place.. if you have the large roller there is a plastic black lever towards the fron on the top right that has to be moved out to the front then you can remove the roller and clean..Good luck let me know if you need more info

I will need more details from you.There is a drum unit in there and a fuser unit that might look like a drum. ans normaly the paper sticks to the hot roller in the fuser, if the lead edge is solid black
