Browser keeps reloading last page

I have a A4 Tech 3d mouse and keyboard, I have been using it for past 2 years no issues, however just lately whenever I access Internet Explorer and open up web pages, I use the scroll function of the mouse to view the whole page but it then 'jumps' back to the last page I viewed as if I had clicked on the back arrow key or pressed shift. This is becoming tiresome and I now have to use the scroll bar on the page instead, can anyone suggest why this should be happening. I am using Windows Vista Home addition but I have had this installed for over 12 months now and the problem only started to happen a couple of weeks ago

Bring up your Browser, click on tools and then Options. When the Options comes up in the Start with page, will read "Show my windows and Tabs from last time" and click on the drop down and select "Show a Blank Page." Then it should work okay. Hope this helps. Bud

Does the tech air mouse need a battery? how do i get it up and running after plugging it into the usb port?

Hi,
You only need batteries for wireless optical mice.
Just plug the mouse into a USB port and let the operating system detect and install the drivers for it.
It will let you know that the device is ready to use in the system tray (bottom right hand side of the screen).

Regards.
