Can you please let me know how to program my AKIRA TV model 21FCP1/Anz? I removed one IC and it lost the program, I tried to somehow reset my tv but I couldn't, it can't find the channels even when I connect my DVD player through AV cable nothing comes on the screen.

Chances are that since the set was shipped for sale in Singapore, it is set on the PAL B and would not work on your television standard.
