To my knowledge, there is no automatic call forwarding feature on this phone. This feature is when somebody dials the G355's number, but it would ring in another phone, say you housephone. However, you can check with your network provider though. Most mobile phone service providers do have this feature.

Alternately, call forwarding could be done manually and this is called enquiry or broker call. Procedures would be:

• During a call, press the Green phone key and dial the number of the party you want to forward the call to;
• You can toggle between the two parties, by pressing the Green phone key;
• To transfer the first call to the enquiry call party, press the Red phone key.
