When printing from Excel, hp 1320 won't print just one copy; insists on printing multiple copies
Go to "printers and faxes."
Right click on your printer and select "Printing preferences."
Select "Advanced" tab
Double click "paper output"
If "Copy count=2" then change to 1 and apply
IF IT ALREADY IS SET TO 1 THEN:
Set "copy count=2" then APPLY
Repeat the above and now set "copy count=1"
The process of setting and resetting the copy count fixed my issues.
Right click the printer in "Printers and Faxes" and select properties. Find the advanced section (slightly different depending on printer model/driver) and look for "copy count". Make sure it's set to 1.

but there is copy count =1 , and there is a collect check box that is checked, now i unchecked it then problem is solved

I know this sounds a bit patronising and I dont mean to, but have you made sure the number of copies in the settings is set to 1?
