At the time of downloading any apps, game. error shown that no valid certificate.

    Thanks for all help. main problem of my nokia 5130c2 xpress music is when i try to download any apps, games, themes after download or before download message shown "invalid application" , "no valid certificate".
    lets tell me in details, i have tried to update my phone through nokia updater,during installation my phone switch off automatically after that i tried to switch on my phone but appear only white screen, then i go to local mobile shop they told me it may be software problem or power problem, after repairing my phone above mention problem is happening.

    I am following given solutions, i want to download flash file, i click on second link their are lot of file, do i need to download all below mention file or some specific file, software version of my Nokia 5130xmusic is RM-495.

SOURCE: I cannot download face book, gmail and internete from my nokia 6303 every time shows unsupperted content type, no valid certificate and no service available etc.

you have to find the right site to download that comppatable to ur phone.or review ur connection setting.

ON UR N95 GO TO MENU-TOOLS-SETTINGS-APPLICATIONS--APP.MANAGER. TURN (ONLINE CERTIFICATE CHECK) OFF.........HOPE THIS SORTS UR PROBLEM OUT!

I have nokia e71 when i download skype or any other files then after finish the downloading when i apply for instal the file but my phone can not instal...its show this word ( certification maybe not yet...
you should set Online Certificate Check to "OFF" to rectify the issue.

You can set it OFF by doing the steps below:



1. Menu

2. Settings

3. Phone Settings

4. Applications

5. App. Manager

6. Set Online Certificate Check to "OFF"

7. "Software Installation" should also be set to "ALL"


another way is;

3. Phone Settings

4. Data Manager

5. Application Manager

6. Options

7. Settings

8. Set Online Certificate Check to "OFF"

9. "Software Installation" should also be set to "ALL"



After you have done the steps above, clear your phone's web browser's cache:

2. Internet

3. Web

4. Options

5. Clear Privacy Data

6. Cache



After which, turn off and on phone then try to install application again.

How to save themes in my phone
Theme file like that is unsigned, which generally has a specific lifetime to be able installed on the phone. To fix this, change the phone date according to the date of theme still valid.
..
For example:
Open Menu > Settings > Find Date & Time. Set your Year to “2006′. Because some applications are certificated for 2005-2006. After setting your Year to 2006 install the application who gives certificate error. Finish your installation and you can set your current date back :)

Before it, make sure that you had check online certificate on the phone.
Go to "App. Mgr.", press "Options", press "Settings", make sure "Software installation" is set to "All", and "Online certif. check" is set to "Off".

I tried to log into twitter and some error I've never seen came up also the same on my hotmail and facebook account. Have I been hacked ?? here is acopy of the message Secure Connection Failed ...
If you are using Mozilla :
Click Tools > Options >Advanced > Encryption > View Certificates.

Delete Certificate related to Twitter and Click ok and close the boxes.
Download certificate the next time you are prompted to download.

Most security certificate are valid for a year or two. If you computer's data is out of that range it will assume the certificate has expired or hasn't yet become valid.
The first thing to do whenever you have certificate errors especially on secure websites is to check the clock.

Right click the clock and click adjust time/date and make sure the Time.....the Day....the Month and the Year are all correct....and finally check you are in the right time Zone.

While in Internet Explorer, click "Tools" > Internet Options > Advanced. Scroll down to the "Security" section and uncheck the "Check for publisher's certificate revocation" box.

Hi this "certificate expired" message is nothing but similar to the expiry date which you have in your credit card..actually there is a certificate which is present in the game which is used to identify whether the game is genuine also it has a validity for a period which expires after that..it is purely ATT fault so you can claim to get a new edition of the game from them1..thank you!!..
