Was running and stopped during use. Wouldn't restart so I removed cover, chain and bar. Sprocket is "frozen" in place.

check and make sure you have the correct sprocket.is your chain .325,3/8?sprocket has to match as well as chain and bar

Sounds like th clutch brake is engaged. Try Pushing firmly foward on the hand guard in front of the handle. It should click to release the clutch brake.

you have to take the top cover off of the engine and then remove the tab that holds the bushing in place alongside the engine. if you just start prying on the plastic plug from the outside of the handle you will damage the retainer. that holds it in place. If you have already done this, there is a solution.
