If my drawings you mean a layout of all the connectors, here is the manual for that particular board.http://uk.ts.fujitsu.com/rl/servicesupport/techsupport/Boards/Motherboards/Gigabyte/GA-8I915PM/Man_GA-8I915PM_uk.pdf

Everything but the Case USBs and Front Panel are keyed meaning they only go in one way. The Front panel doesn't really matter except keep the colored wires all on the same side either all + or all - and it shouldn't matter.

the best and cheapest up grade is RAM.
Make sure you have all the memory your machine can handle.
A quick look say it can handle Core™ 2 Extreme QX9770(3.2GHz,12 MB)
And it has a PCI-express slot so you have a big chiose of video cards.Are you using the machine for gaming?

No audio driver
You can solve this itself.
1) Determine the producer of Mother board (for instance ASUS, MSI, ASROCK, GYGABYTE, CANYON...)
2) Determine the model of Mother board ( for instance M2N-E or I845PE or i965PE)
3) visit official site of producer and take needed drivers.
