Zte score camera isn't working

My ZTE score phone camera says it's not connected to my device. I don't really know what happened. This phone is now a month old. It's probably the worse phone I've ever had. I called my service and they did a bunch of stuff on it, but It didn't really work. I need help.

ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000

IF Problem not Solved So
Please New Software install in the Phone Problem will Solved

If For puk & pin cod problem So Please
Very Best Solution:You Go To Service & Sim Office and Get The Puk code And Pin code From Office oprator
Enter The Puk code and Yes
Enter The pin code and Yes
So Puk code Open and Problem will Quickly Solved

restore your Phone Settings
IF Restart problem not Solved So
Secend Option:
Please Format Your Phone
we can solve this problem but i need you to backup the whole DATA that you have in the phone and perform this reset procedure.
*#7370# or *#7780#
Default security code is 12345
release some memory then it will b opened
your phone or memory card get attack by virus. pls do a format phone and memory card.
If Problem Not Solved So
Very Best Solution:
flash new software install in the phone problem will solved quickly

Ok, most of the phones (smartphones) problems can be solve by just a hard rest. I had explained here how to, but then again there is no details on your phone but ZTE.
I suggest that you search for: How to hard reset ZTE *model*, and follow the instructions. Once that is done, if the samething happens, you need to reflash a fresh firmware.

This is if you want to reset your phone back to factory settings, the way it was when you got it. This will erase everything on your phone.

Power OFF the handset
While OFF; Simultaneously press and hold the Volume Down, Camera, and
the Power keys for 10 seconds.
When the Android icon is displayed touch the Menu sensor key .
Scroll with the Volume Down key to "wipe data/factory reset" and press the
camera button.
Scroll with Volume Down key to: "Yes -- delete all user data" and press the
camera button.
When Data wipe is completed the option "Reboot system now" is
highlighted, press the camera key to reboot the device.

Hey i've been workin on these ZTE phone and i guess all u need to do is a reset. But the only problem is u will lose all ur data. all u gotta do is First power off the handset, press the Camera key + Power on key +Down volume key together at the same time.
when restart the handset,When display "ZTE", press the Menu key at the bottom of the screen;
Choose "Wipe data/factory reset" through volume key
Press "Camera" key to confirm the above item
Choose "YES...delete all user data"
Choose "reboot system now", handset will be restarted automatically and all the user data will be erased.
Now once its done ur phone will automatically configure all the factory setup and should work fine,

My browser wont work on my zte android says error
Could you please confirm the name of the browser that you are using with youe device. If the issue is happening with ine particular browser, then you could download the broswer apps from Google Store and install on the device. Then you can check if the same issue persists. Also let us know the exact error message. Kinldy do check your Internet Connection on the device is active.

It sounds like the devices can't see the internet through your router, check the gateway IP address ... this should be listed on your devices serial number sticker on the back of the router..
also check your user name and password is listed with your ISP... this may be found in the admin menu via the search box for internet, usually something like 192.168.1.1
