This is a good indication that the capacitors on the power supply are failing. Is it under warranty? If so, contact Hitachi to find a certified service center. If it isn't, you will have to find somewhere to take it to get the power supply replaced or fixed.
try plug in the charger with out the batttery, keep patience for a while. it will show the symbol of not having the battery. wait for couple of minutes, then unplug the charger , insert the battery and plug in the charger, wait for couple of minutes. the phone should normally. it worked for. thanks to one of my friend harry.
