please adjust the REED switch, see the diagram attached. Clean it +test it for open or faulty+tight the connector very well.

However if the problem persist error code 3, this is a problem with the PCA memory location, RAM. the solution is to replace the PCA.

Try to RUN the software calibration for easy diagnostic, and fix it

1) adjust the speed sensor, see the diagram attached, clean, and tigh the wires connector.
2) measure the input voltage motor, if there are the motor need repair
3) measurre the output voltage board, for input voltage motor, if there are NOT the board is faulty.
See the block diagram how the main board control the 90% of the treadmill.
