Question about HP PSC 1610 All-In-One InkJet Printer
When I start printing on my hp 1610 printer it quits printing then starts flashing with this error message (error: 0xc0620004411: lib_micci2.c) I can't turn off the printer or anything the only thing left to do is to unplug and try to reprint. The the cycle continues.

SOURCE: hp 2355 all in one error message
mine HP was acting the same way after a jam. I contacted hp and they told me it was a hardware issue and that I would need to purchase a new printer. I found a KB on thier site for this issue. It involved removing both ink carts and then reseting the printer with the ink carts out. it seemed to work.

Please try the following steps:
Make sure unit is plug directly into a wall outlet and not connected to any power strips or surge suppressors
Note : Power strips and surge suppressors can sometimes prevent enough voltage from reaching the product.
Your printer should be back in a working condition after this. Let me know if this has been of any help. Thanks for using Fixya.
