SOURCE: setting up a laptop to use its tablet pc functions

XP Pro should run fine on it - I would assume that is what it came with. You may need to download additional drivers from Toshiba. I would check with Toshiba about the pen as well, but without it should still function as a regular laptop.

SOURCE: I bought a coby tablet

It might be the version of the Android on it. If you use Android 2.1, then you have to upgrade it to Android 2.2, then you will be able to play Flashcontent.
But bad news is, that you have to wait, until Coby releases an Android 2.2 upgrade for Kyros (http://www.androidtablets.net/forum/coby-tablets/3663-coby-kyros-7015-tablet-questions.html), because if you upgrade your tablet PC from elsewhere, then it might be malfunctioning.

SOURCE: the disgo 6000 tablet i cant load anything on to

Hello darling, Please put the Disgo 6000 update on at www.mydisgo.info/archives/1655 Try using the wifi to get apps and wigets straight to the machine, use the advance button next to the on button on the back of the device while in wifi settings to set any ip or dns settings. It works chucky egg as my self and son have cracked it, slightly fiddly though. My rough **** daughter who brakes everything can even use it without loosing her temper. Its ok by cherub dave

SOURCE: I got a coby tablet MID7015 and I don't have the code to unlock it.

If your device is in USB Debugging mode, your adb server may be in some wierd state on your computer. From the command prompt (from the \android-sdk-windows\tools folder), type adb kill-server and press enter. Then type adb start-server and press enter.

Hopefully this will help!

My Coby 7125-4 says its not compatible with AppsLib

I am having the same problem with the mid7120. I bought two for my boys for Xmas. The appslib worked the day before Christmas. On Christmas day, I noticed their site was under maintenance. Now it says my device is not compatible on one and says to reset the date to June 20,2010 on the other.

My apps libaray on my coby kyros mid7015 isnt working!!! everytime i try to go into the apps libaray it keeps saying that theres been an unexpected problem and that it has to "force close" why is...

Sounds like you need to reset AppsLib.
This fix will wipe all your data, so be sure to back everything up.
Go to Settings.
In settings go to Go to "Privacy".
Select Factory Reset.
Select Reset Device.
-----------------

Connect the unit to the computer using the USB cable and "Select" Erase Everything" The following will occur: • The screen will display COBY • The screen will display Android • The unit will reboot to the Menu screen

Step 6- The unit will prompt to calibrate. Hold stylus on the center of the target. Repeat as the target moves around on the screen. ****DO NOT *** press Return or Home". The unit will display "calibrate success" and will return to the main /home menu automatically. If for any reason the unit went into standby mode and the touch screen does not respond, reset the unit using a pin.
----------------------------

After the Factory Data Reset, do not launch the Applibs yet until: 1- You have configured your Wi-Fi 2- Check/enable "Unknown Sources"- Go to Settings, Application Setting. Done.

You can now open appslib.
