You can use either AIDA32 or EVEREST to know the model of your Audio Device. These software are hardware diagnostics that allows you to determine which chipset you are using for your computer devices. Once you knew your Audio device model, you can search the net to get the specific drivers for it.
If you are using Windows7 or Vista, you can go to device manager and right click on the listed audio device then click on Update Driver Software. Choose automatically update driver software to let windows look for a compatible driver for your device. You should be connected to the internet when doing this.
