After extracting the files and getting the error message that you OS is not supported, browse to the Companion Pro LL V2_0_4 folder and open the Companion folder. Double click setup, and only install the Printer and scanner drivers when prompted. The default location that the software is saved to is listed below...

C:\Users\"your user name"\AppData\Local\Temp\Companion Pro LL V2_0_4\Companion

just select your operating system and download drivers.

First download the twain drivers from Ricoh website or if you have cd down load it from it. Then from there when you go to scan should give you selection option for it.

The 1027 uses a TWAIN driver for scanning, and you can get a TWAIN driver here:

try to download the new driver for vista from www.ricoh.com
if done then goto start-programs-twain4-network connection tools check weather right ip is given or not

There u go, thats the support site for that 1515MF of yours, select your OS and you will find all avalible drivers for that model
