When i put the game i want in it wont play. it reads, unrecognized disc. if i'm lucky it will say play and i'll press it but it just leads to, unreadable disc, clean your disc with a rag and restart the console.

i would first cheak the disc for any scratches if there not any then idk wat 2 do

Just to be on the the safe side, have you tried other games to see if they work? If yes! the game black opps. disc is the problem and will need to be replaced. If there is no change with other discs, the laser pickup assembly is damaged or a connecting cable has come loose. If the assembly is the issue, it will need to go back to Microsoft for service or a local technician.
