what you need to do is just resetting your machine.
1. Press * 28 * on your machine in a quick move.
2. Select copier
3. Select Err.
4. Select Clear then press O.K
5. Turn your machine off for 1 minute and turn it on again.

The error code will not be there anatmoreand your machine will be functioning well.

E014 is strain on the fuser motor. Is the lower roller cleaning roller clean? A build up of waste toner on it and could be sticky/tacky and causing friction. Take it out and clean it or replace it.

The fuser may need to be replaced. Sometimes that code can be reset in service mode without replacing that part.
Service mode--- Additional functions button, then hold down the 2 & 8 key at the same time, then Additional functions button again gets into the mode. Then select Function, Clear(CLR),Error(ERR) then hit ok and cycle main power. If it resets-great. If not,you need a fuser.

Check the fixin unit,lamps,thermistor,thermal fuse

Try return to do the factory settings by the menu or check the paper size. good luck

that was laser unit problem pls check it

i m using canon ir3300 , showing paper jam at left side , but i checked there is no any paper, although there is showing jam. what to do.

E00002 on iR3300 is problem on the heater assembly. Replace heater assembly and buy new heater assembly. Good Luck...!?
