This is from the manual:

When the input source is PC (Only for Z15LCD1)...

PC S ettup ((Z151L5CLC1RD1
onlly))
Connections
1. Set the monitor output resolution on the PC before connecting to the TV.
2. Connect the TV to the PC with the PC cable.
3. Connect the PC audio output to the TV's PC S OUND input.
Viewing Setup
1. Turn on the PC.
2. Use the PC b utton on the remote control to select PC .

it appears only the 15" model may be used as pc monitor

    Oleandt appears to be correct. Even though the 20" Zenith Z20LCD1A has a typical VGA jack, and even though the remote control has a button labeled "PC" the "NO SUPPORT" message always pops up. It seems that many owners of this model have been trying unsuccessfully to use the VGA jack.

There is no such key fix. Just try an other code to set-up with your remote control. If you wish to get more; check the site linked here. It has set-up code list & set-up procedure to many popular brand remote controls. See it in "Mosaic" view. It will make surf easier.

It is impossible. These TVs only included VGA on the back for upgrade purposes, which means I think you must call the company to find out about it, or perhaps it's just an alert to consumers that VGA was coming soon in the product line. It's still fun to have a fake VGA port sticking out though XD

How do i use my zenith z20lcd1 to my computer
Unfortunately, the VGA jack on this model does not function as expected, and it looks like the sole function of the PC button on your remote is to supply the No Support screen message. The manual alludes to the VGA jack being for software upgrades (so I am told). If you want to take this any further, it looks like you will need to adapt the PC output to S-video, or Component, or an RCA video-in.

This TV's VGA port does not appear to be used for monitor purposes. It says "for service" in the manual, rather than being described as a PC port. My guess is that this input is used for some other type of display not available to the customer for regular use; only during maintenance when taken in for repairing, or something similar...whatever the "for service" means. But rest assured, only a VGA to component converter will give you that VGA PC screen.
