Either drain is plugged up and water backs up and blocks fan rotation, or fan itself is bad and quitting occassionally. gently remove interior panels to access fan. is it running? if no check for 120 volts to it, usually there is a plug. got volts but no fan, fan is bad. if water backs up and is blocking fan you gently use hot water and shop vac to clean little drain hole in back bottom behind or near fan till you can blow easily through it with a short piece of hose over the hole. once clear the water can drain down toi the condensate pan by compressor and evaporate. these little fans are fairly cheap and come like a little module. be sure to observe the rotation and location of fan blade on the motor shaft . reuse the same blade unless it is loose . if replaced get same number of blades, rotation, pitch and diamater. usually they press on and off firmly with fingers.note how much blade protrudes beyond the shroud for location. not to far out or to close the the motor. good luck
