SOURCE: Sharp AR-5127 H2-00 code reset

Sharp Fuser
H2-0 Fusing unit temperature error
H4-0 The fusing unit doesn't heat up.
***ALWAYS DISCONNECT POWER WHEN WORKING ON MACHINE***
You have to reset fuser errors with simulation 14. Push P * C * then 14 then Start (the button you use to make copies) and it should reset the code. If not then replace the fuser.
SM 5-1 should turn the lamp on. If lamp blinks on and off it is the thermistor, if it does not it is the lamp, but check the contacts on the lamp/fuser -- they have been known to erode.
Also check thermal fuse, if defective replace.

The F2-04 error code you are getting is that you are using the wrong toner. It may be form sharp, but it toner chips is different.Only the chips swapping at the toner back can help you.

MY Sharp AR-M155 is showing Error (H4-00) refer to the user guide, please what do I do

a printer it is, had to google it and read you manual for you.
no PC stated, (fail)
the printer was made in 2000 -2002, 19 long years ago.
did it print ok for 17 years and just fail today or found this in a garage sale? yesterday.?
Id say there are like zero printers this old working today.

H4 00 is heat roller failure, stated in your manual;
if you google for the manual, it covers this in the users guide.

How to fix replace toner cartridge problem when there is enough toner in the cartridge.

Remove from the printer, give it a good shake over the sink, (you may find toner leaking and it is hard to cleanup...then replace it. That may do the trick but if it does not you may be best off replacing the cartridge. Sometimes old electronics misreport the condition of components ....it could be that the machine is getting old and going wrong. But you will only discover whether this is the case after investigating further)

AR-M155 keep complaining of change the ink cartridge.while the cartridge is working perfectly with another printer. pls what step should i take please what is the next step to take

well some times you do get bad cartridge is this third party if so replace the cartridge with a OEM. Is there a chip on the cartridge if so clean with alchol also clean the contact inside the machine where the chip connects, buy a new one OEM do not use one from other machines there chips already have data about that machine not the new one

Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at https://www.6ya.com/expert/normanj_7893313f0751935f

Printer all in one sharp ar-m155

Hi again,

Sorry but not the wire, I was referring to where the wire is attached, both ends. This would either be a clip-on or sandwiched between 2 small plates held together by a screw. It is not uncommon for this clips or plates to be tarnished or have burns. They have to be cleaned, if not current will not flow freely to the corona wire. The purpose of the wire is to draw the toner from the drum onto the paper, it uses static electricity to coat both the photoreceptive drum and the paper with a layer of positively charged ions. If the corona wire is not getting full charge or no charge at all, this is the primary reason the warming up is taking too long.

Additionally, try to enter service mode; try #, *, CA, #.
To reset the developer counter press 24, Start, 5, Start.
To exit press reset 3 to 4 times or turn main power off/on.

Would appreciate further updates.
