I turn on my TV and after a while when my LCD tv heats up the picture cuts out but I still have sound and the blue light stays on in the front. Also if I use the picture and picture it will cut out sooner. The remote and the butttons on the side of the TV do not work at this point; I can not turn it off or change channels. I have to unplug the TV and plug it back in to get the picture back but it keeps cutting out after it has heated up. I have a small fan blowing on it and this keeps it working.

An email from Westinghouse that fixed the problem for me.
Thank you for your inquiry.
We apologize for any inconvenience in waiting for our response, but below is what I can suggest to move forward.
It appears all you need to do is run a channel scan on the unit. Once you have run a channel scan, you will be able to scroll through the channels using the channel up and down buttons.

I had the same the problem. My tv would not change channels. I had to run the tv through my dvd player to be able to view my cable channels. The one solution listed did work for me. Set your source to tv...press menu on your remote control...go down to the 4th icon...press the right arrow...move down to CH Auto Scan and press the right arrow. The tv will scan for channels and once complete I was able to change channels again.

green screen on hdmi is normally a defective hdmi cable. 1st try a different device , like a dvd player. if same problem try dif cable. if it still does not work you have a defective signal pcb otherwise known as a main pcb.

I have a LTV-32W6 HD. It was working fine Saturday night then Sunday afternoon when I turned it on there was no picture only sound. When I turn it off then back on again I have a picture for 1-2 seconds. I unpluged it for 20 hours and still the same thing. I bought it new 2 years ago.
