there are several ways but not sure proof, have you checked your bill to see of other activity, does your phone stop and start, do you have a different battery life, odd back ground noise, getting messages with odd letters and symbols, lots of data use, it goes on, phone starts and stops on its own, go through your phone and look for apps you don't know anything about, run a scan on your phone, reset your phone back to original, before you do get all your passwords and screen names saved because you cant get them back. this is a start
well you have not detailed your problem fully, like:- 1#is their any problem with your screen also. 2#is your Phone not getting start or its getting start but screen does not displays any thing. 3# If rest functions are okay, other than screen, when your phone is getting start? 4#or your battery is just not getting charged?

well, at last i can suggest that, please do conform if your battery is getting charged, touch the copper pin of your battery with your naked tongue, and examine if it is charged with the magnitude of its shock. if they are charged then their is some problem with your phone. well, at last try cleaning the pin of your charged battery and the pin of your phone by petrol dipped cotton. And check if both pin are getting touched correctly, then again re start your phone. best of luck trying! regards!
Try to start your phone without sim card then if it get started the switch off it & reinsert sim start it it get started if Not then Visit your nearest Sony Ericsson Service center or Visit any local Mobile Service center they will provide you the solustion.

Verizon told me that maybe at the store they could possibly download the software back on to my phone......that's a big maybe. The tech told me that once it gets to this point, a lot of time it's too late. If they can it will happen, if they can't oh well, I'll get another phone and go on. I really like this phone and the version 2 from what I was told, won't do this. But I also know to back everything up.
