From my understanding your Electrolux washer is not starting no matter what buttons are pushed. This could be a possible problem with your keypad or control panel. I noticed that you have already performed a reset and that was done when you unplugged your washer for 15 minutes. I would now recommend having a technician out to perform a diagnosis. In order to do so you would need to disassemble your washer and test each component to make sure they are working properly. The technician would have the appropriate tools needed to do this accurately. Try holding the start button for 5 -10 seconds (until it starts).

You may need to remove all the power from the device including the CMOS Battery. As well try using an external display to see if there is any display.

Does it do this in all setting on the dial, normal,heavy ,delicate?

Perhaps a safety switch somewhere. I would check inside for a utensil that fell down into the impeller or the like. Also look at the door latch area; maybe a switch there is not closing properly.

I had a similar problem on my Neptune. All the machine would do is beep. I believed it was a stuck button so I got a new touch pad and that solved the problem. I also substituted a control board prior to buying the touch pad but the problem was the same.

I have got the same problem. Simply use your knee pressing the part of door handle. That's all.

have you tried pushing the button twice? That's what I have to do.
