Need code for: Delco electronic CDR 500 Serial Nr. GM1500Y9528808, No. 09136107. Please help
When you disconnect your battery and then reconnect itagain, it disables the radio. This is an anti-theft protection for your carradio.
The enable your radio the activation code is in your vehicle owner's manual. Ifyou do not have this code you need to go to your vehicle manufacturer's servicecentre and get them to enter this code for you.

Unfortunately DELCO codes (including yours) will NOT be available for free (or cheap) from anywhere on the Internet as access is required to the original factory database…which is not commercially available..
Try your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Shop (who are normally the cheapest option) who will connect it to a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM)

Unfortunately DELCO codes will not be available for free (using the serial number ) from anywhere on the Internet as access is required to the original manufacturer`s database...and this is only available (using the Serial Number ) at the Main Dealer or one of the larger Professional Decoding Services.
The better option is a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio shop only who will plug in a laptop to read/recode the memoery chip (EEPROM)
