Printer only prints half the picture no matter what we do to it any ideas?
I get the exact same issue on my "easyshare printer dock plus series 3". It started happening about 1 week after my extended warranty ended.
I tried different ink cartage, different pictures, and a different computer.

try to reset the unit
unplug power cord. Then hold down the transfer key and the left arrow button at same time and plug power cord back in.

Same problem, printing only the bottom of the picture. I really have had problems from the start, mostly with the paper jamming every time I wanted to print something,
I think I am going to give the camera to my daughter and throw away the printer.
It's not really worth the 85 bucks to fix. I won't buy another from Kodak, thats for sure.

keeps giving me message "printing error" (prints ok from camera) i have probably messed up every setting by now

Dirty rollers? I had the same problem and think the rollers are no longer sticky enough to pick up the paper due to a coating of dust... maybe cleaning the rollers would work?
