You need to go to the store and buy Samsung S730 A-DATA 4GB SDHC Memory Card (Class 4) It is worth about 8-20$. The memory card is used to save pictures. Here is an example: http://www.cellularfactory.com/camera/SAMSUNG/3/46100/
Problem with the Samsung Digimax S730 Digital Camera
the camera s 730 works poperly in doors
but dosent take pictures outdoors ( after taking the picture it show a the picture as a white screen )
I couldn't find an actual .pdf download for the manual, and strangely samsung seems to have removed the S730 from their download pages. But I did find an online version that you can scroll through. Its the 98 page manual that covers both the S630/S730 cameras. The link is posted below. Hope this helps!

Check if you are using Auto settings. It seems you are using Manual (M) and the exposure time is too long for outside conditions (inside there is less light). Switch the camera to Auto and it should work fine. Please let us know how it went.
the solution to this is that your cameras are set to power save just put powersave on off temperarly while you snap a photo or the lighting in the room needs to be brighter with digital cameras even though theres a falsh it cant change the image contrast from dark to light so quickly so it just comes out blurry
