I have the same problem...I've noticed that the tablet doesn't dissolve which made me think that the element had broken....also the pre-rinse program worked fine. As this doesn't require heat I guess this could back up my idea. If this is the answer, where can I get a new element?

Switch machine on but do not program.
Press and hold PREWASH button.
After a few seconds it begins beeping.
Keep holding PREWASH button in until beep gets quiet
then eventually stops.
Hope this helps - Colin, Billericay Essex
this is caused by incorrect water levels the appliance takes in too little water at final rinse and generates erro code 1 this is what you are getting it isnt 1 minute to go it will need the dishwasher equivalent of colonic irrigation several tubes will be full of fatty deposits, using the quick wash a lot will make this happen more often you will need an engineer to sort but shouldnt need any parts.
would try cleaning your pump and sump as when its draining without the force of the spin the pump is idle but with the force when you put on other programs ie the spin this will push the water through the pump hope this helps
