How do I talk to someone at facebook ... LIVE .... need either customer relations or sales

I purchased a software product from Norton and I was to receive at least 120 fb credits and possibly more because at check out time I added another program for software and hardware maintance and repair. I called Norton Software Customer Center and NO ONE knew anything about the offerand thet stated that I needed to contact Faceboook for the outstanding CREDITS. Please call me and when you do so, I need you to be aware that I have Parkinsons Disease and it may take a little longer to answer my phone or to articulate the issue. SOURCE: Norton Internet Security 2008 installation problem

Download the Windows Install clean-up utility from the Microsoft site, Install it, run it and select the Norton 2008 product and un install it. Reboot, then try your installation again. Let me know if this works, I have other suggestions if this does not work for you.

How can i down load my Norton internet on to my second computer
Just try it the normal way and it will either take it or not. If not, then ask us for help. And keep in mind that you get a free upgrade from NAV 2009 to NAV 2010 if you want it. (Product Upgrades)

Unless you mean you want to convert a one-machine subscription to a multi-machine subscription. For something like that, you need to talk to Symantec Customer Service.

Why can't i gt a phone number and talk to someone?
I don't see any direct numbers listed online which is a bit sad considering they're one of the most known Anti-Virus / Security companies around.

What they have instead is a Call Back page. Just fill in the information and someone will call you back.

In many ways that's actually easier on the customer...you won't have to stay on hold for an hour to speak with someone...they probably figure you'll be in a better mood if they can avoid this ;)

They should be able to help you so long as you have the credit card billing info.

They also have a live chat if you don't want to wait for a phone call HERE.
