I was in trouble minutes ago. I searched on google and found CL means child lock activated.
To unlock press and hold the start button for 3 sec or until you hear a single bip and tada. The unlocking method depends on the brand.my was a Bosh serie 6.

CL indicates child lock has been activated. to deactivate it you need to press and holding the start button for 5 seconds.

IE is a water inlet error...meaning that the correct water level was not achieved within 8 minutes or it did not reach preset water level within 25 minutes...
CL is child lock feature which can be toggled on and off by by holding the Pre wash button in for 3 seconds.. Hope that helps...

Press the TEMP and OPTION together for 3 seconds and it will go off

"CL" means Child Lock. Press and hold RINSE+ & PRE WASH Simultaneously for about 3 seconds to de-activate.

The "CL" code is not an error! This means "Child Lock"!
To unlock a washing machine you will press and holding within 3-5 sec two button, marked "child lock".
