How do I reset my phone to factory settings?
Factory Data Reset is a tool used to remove everything that was imported, added or installed on the device.
WARNING: When using this feature; everything is deleted. Nothing stored on the MicroSD will be affected.
Important Note: Your contact and email information is automatically backed up to the Gmail server. Your information will be restored when you login with your user name and a password.
To Perform a Reset

Open the Applications Tray. (arrow pointing up located in the middle at the bottom of the display screen)
- Touch Settings
- Touch Privacy
- Touch Factory data reset
- Touch Reset Phone
- Touch Erase Everything
Note: You cannot reset/clear your phone remotely if it is lost or stolen.
To Manually Reset
If there are significant problems with your device or you are not able to follow the steps above please use the following process to manually reset the phone:
- Turn off phone
- Press Power key + "x" (on the hardware keyboard) to power on the phone and bring up the recovery screen.
- Press Volume Up + Volume down key for 10 seconds then press and release the volume down key..
- Using the volume keys scroll to Wipe data/factory reset
- Press the center of 5-way navigation pad
- Using the Volume keys, select Yes -- delete all user data
- Press the center of 5-way navigation pad
- Using the Volume keys select Reboot system now
- Press the center of 5-way navigation pad
I can't find the manual but the factory reset code is 1122
Found a manual online if anybody wants it, different manufacturer but exactly same phone
