I bought 4 ZEEPAD 7DRK Rock tablets for my grand kids for Christmas and 2 of them will not even turn on. The 3rd one worked for 3 days and it also will no longer turn on. I've tried charging them...

Hi, Zeepads have an issue with powering on....when charging it is best to use the mains charging as it is more powerful....if you are sure they have been fully charged then try this:

Hold the power button down for about 2-3 minutes.
Listen for a small click.
Take finger off of power button and wait for about 30 seconds.
Hit the power button again.

Hopefully you should see the start up screen, post back with the results!

What do I do if my android tablet stops charging

If you have tried different chargers and still can't get it to charge, then it sounds like the charger port may have physical damage. You can also do a hard reset by holding in the power button for thirty seconds then turning it on agin . Try several times. Also inspect the charging port for lint or dammage.

My RCA tablet died and it wont turn back on

If you have the correct charger, let the tablet charge for a full 24hrs, actually i think 10hrs will be ok and try turning it on, also you can google how to do a reset for your exact model tablet. I have another brand tablet and that worked.

my mama said that mayb ur need a new charger cuz Samsung is sending me a new 1 and I think that\'s y. I hav a 7 inch tab 2 n I love it but it stop charging so I don\'t no whats wrong but im getting a new charger so its all good and guppy now :) ill keep u updayted cuz I think its the chargers falt not the tablets!! idk if not then ill just reset my tab and cry my eyes out cuz that sucks big time I meen really who wanna reset there tablet? not mee! but what the hell..mayb a new charger will help the little baby...

I can't get my battery to charge. This is a new tablet, I've only had it for about a month

I purchased A Coby tablet from Fingerhut and it did the same thing in less then a week and the connection fell inside the device so i returned Their piece of junk... i now have a bigger better one from stoneberry and a smaller Samsung Galaxy 2 from Qvc :)..i pau $60.05 in

Many times the cause of this problem is u need a new piece where the charger plugs into the device because it shorts out.

(will not charge or power on)I sent my smartphone in for repair the other day.They told me it was water damage in the charging point
i have never had it near water but apparently having the phone in high humidity places is common for it to happen eg talking on phone under bus stop in the rain, having phone somewhere in bathroom while having shower,
holding phone over hot coffee? hope you get it fixed :p

My charger is not working and I changed the point where the tip was and it started working but if I put it on the ground it is not working so pls purchase a new charger
