Then you must do a factory hard reset, this will reset the phone and wipe all data.

If you have an android table, the only chance you have is to enter your Gmail account credentials to unlock it. Otherwise you have to do an "hard reset" as explained in this page: How unlock my tablet when its lock with pin code

But be careful because you'll loose all your data !

If it's an android device...
1. Enter wrong pattern 5 times and wait for 30 seconds.
2. Select "Forgot pattern" and enter your email account username and password.
3. Make sure you use the same account that was used to activate the device and double check the password by logging in to that email account in a browser.
4. If you don't have access to the original email account, you will need to do a hard reset and loose your settings and apps on the devcice. The data on the memory card will not be wiped though.
Note: if you can't remember your email password, you will have to visit the email service support page to get it reset.

Try a hard reset. Typically done by holding the power button for about 20 seconds. Some tablets may have a small hole which will require a paper clip, located on the back of the device. If resetting doesn't work you will probably need to factory reset the tablet. Typical procedure.

• Power off the tablet completely
• Tap, then immediately press and hold Power + Vol down (Some will use Vol Up) until you get a menu
• Use the volume buttons to navigate the menu to the factory reset option.
• Use the power button to select the option. (This will wipe out all data)

cant log on huh? ok dont panic...i have a few things that u could try or that happened... #1/someone might have hacked into your account somehow...they did that to me too./so,you could either make a new account,or click the button under where u type your e-mail in. it should say :"forgot your password? click that or click the button that says forgot your e-mail. thats all i got... let me know if u need any thing else...
