It’s most likely that your speed sensor is off. You’ll want to take the motor cover off and make sure that it’s positioned properly. If I were you I would call the company and have them send someone out.

You must try a) LUBE very well the Deck belt and walking belt b) Recalibrate the machine.
If after this situation persist.
You must replace the EPROM(software is coming inside, and can be corrupt), call to the company.

SOURCE: Hard starting when cold, runs rough at idle and any steady speed.

Your carburetors need to be cleaned. The pilot jets are at least partially plugged.

If you are comfortable doing this yourself, you need to remove the seats, fuel tank, and air induction system before you will be able to get the carbs out. Be carefull when removing the fuel tank, there is a wire harness that will need to be un plugged from it to remove it. The wire harness plug runs under the plastic tray under the seat. There are 3 plastic rivits that will need to be removed to get to the plug. The carbs come out as a pair, and can be tough to get back in the boots.

You need to remove the float bowls, remove the jets, and blow carb cleaner and compressed air through them all. The pilot jets are most likely the only culprit, but you might as well clean everything if your going to all the trouble. You should also blow carb cleaner and compressed air through all of the other passages while your at it. Make sure that you can see through the jets and there is no debris left in them. Make sure to clean the floats, needle valves, and float bowls as well.

Then re-assemble

This happens when the bike sits for long periods. The fuel we get now days has a very short shelf life before it goes bad. Fuel oxydizes over time, and it happens even faster in a small amount that is vented which is exactly as it is when its in the carburetors of a motorcycle. When fuel oxydizes and evaporates, it leaves a gummy mess behind. The pilot jets are the smallest passages that sit in the fuel, so they naturally plug first.

You can prevent this by keeping fuel stabilizer in your fuel when ever the bike will be sitting for long periods of time. Myself personally, when I store one for the winter, I like to leave the carbs empty.

SOURCE: the treadmill keeps stopping Freespirit Model 12230520.0

Hey there,

If your treadmill has an optical speed sensor and hasn't been cleaned for a while, dust, dirt or lint may be obstructing the infared eye of the speed sensor. Try cleaning the treadmill.

Or maybe you need to replace the upper display, although, you may have a loose wiring harness that would cause the same problems. Open the motor case and verify the wiring harness is plugged into the lower board snugly. Also, remove the upper console and verify the harness is plugged into the back of the console snugly as well.

Definitely, inspect the components and try and isolate the source of the problem yourself first, before contacting a dealer for parts, as they can cost a fortune..

Good Luck!

SOURCE: comfort control center not working properly

You need to check the cable that connects the Comfort Control to the upper unit. This cable has four wires and should have continuity through all wires. If there is a break in one of the wires or a short, it will cause the CCC to fail and report an error. If all this is fine, then you have a bad control unit in the main unit. Try unplugging the rear unit from the control board and then resetting the Tstat, if this works, then there is a communication problem between the front AC control board and the rear AC control board or the rear control board is bad. Check the cable between the front and rear AC for OK. If it is alright, then you have a bad control unit in the front unit.

Another quick check is to remove the inner shroud from the front unit pull down the control box. Remove the access cover and view the dip switch panel located inside. It should be labeled Zone 1 Zone 2 etc...try turning off Zone 2 and furnace and resetting the tstat. If this works then turn zone 2 on and reset the tstat. If this is ok, then turn the furnace on and reset again. If this works, then all should be ok. If one of these fails, then you can pinpoint the problem there and move forward.

Hope this helps,

Jeff

My nissan sentra 1987 stops, stalls and cuts off engine

Engine stall or RPM fluctuates at idle.

This problem is commonly caused by a dirty automatic idle speed control valve and throttle valve. Buy a can of throttle valve cleaner (do not use carburetor spray cleaner!) from NAPA or Carquest (made by CRC chemicals) and spray it into the air intake while the engine is running, use up about 1/2 the can, engine will try to stall hold the speed up, shut it down and let it soak for 30 minutes, restart and blow out the remaining fluid, shut it down and disconnect the negative battery cable for 5 Min's to reset the base idle control
