Can't see how to transfer and have lost photos and videos. PC recognised table as a camera. When files transferred across to PC, came up unidentified and were empty. I cancelled and lost all my photos from trip and videos of grand daughter. No instructions in product guidelines. Just says to follow instruction when they come up on PC. None came up.....

If connecting the Tab to the computer with the cable and then correctly mounting the SD Card through Android (tap notification, follow steps) does not work, try a third-party app like On Air to connect over-the-air.
