Don't worry; this is a common problem in elliptical
trainers. Over time, parts of the
machine may start to squeak. I am going

Treadmills have a moving belt while elliptical trainers have two foot pedals guiding movement - making it more controlled and safer. Elliptical trainers also have handles, in which the user has the option to move their arms in opposition to their legs to better control movement.
