Panasonic NN 9850 wall micro/convection oven

I had someone in to take a look and he showed me a tiny piece that had broken in the door. This little piece holds some other piece in place to enable door to close properly. There was a very tiny gap in the door on the top. If we manually pushed in the micrw worked fine.

Problem is the door seemed to be one whole piece and he suspected it would not be possible to buy the tiny piece. My model no is Panasonic NN-9850 and it is installed in the wall cabinet. Does anyone know of a place where I could get a diagram to figure out what this piece is called and buy either that or the whole door if no other choice. One of the small door-hooks on our Panasonic NN-9850 / NN-9800 broke and now the door won't open properly once it is closed. We need to stick in a ruler to lift the one remaining hook to open the door.

We can't find this part anywhere! It sure seems to be wasteful to throw out such an expensive convection microwave for the sake of a piece of plastic smaller than a fingernail! It otherwise works perfectly!

I´m having a error code ( cook 4 ) and it´s seem a membrane panel problem, sometimes it works, sometime not, and I can´t find a new membrane panel to buy to test , my model is NN9850BH, Dimension 4, does somebody know what can be the problem ?
